CashApp has announced its plans to accept Circle's USDC stablecoin in 2026.
Earlier, the team had revealed that it had integrated Bitcoin as a method of payment on the Lightning Network following a similar announcement from Square and soon after made its plans public for stablecoins to be enabled too, namely USDC via Solana in 2026.
CEO and Cofounder of Circle Jeremy Allaire celebrated this on X:
