Brale has announced it is now available on the XRP Ledger.
One of the leading stablecoin issuance platforms in the space, Brale has revealed that it now has built support for one of the oldest blockchains around - the XRP Ledger. Existing stablecoins such as SBC can be minted with a simple API.
Another key feature update in this announcement refers to the integration of Ripple's own RLUSD onto the Brale platform, allowing enterprise clients to choose the stablecoin for easy and fast settlements on both XRPL and Ethereum networks.
Speaking on this, Stablecoin Product Lead Lauren Berta expressed:
“Stablecoins are transforming how money moves across borders and industries. The XRP Ledger is at the center of this evolution, offering the efficiency and trust needed to support regulated digital assets at scale. Brale's launch and RLUSD's growth together demonstrate how this technology can make global finance more open and connected.”
While RLUSD's volume continues to grow with nearly a $1B supply, the broader XRPL ecosystem already has many active projects for micropayments, wallets, NFTs, RWAs and with around $85M in current DeFi TVL for onchain lending and borrowing activities.
