Altitude raises $18M in a strategic round.

Altitude has been heads down building in the stablecoin space, securing more capital to scale stablecoin accounts for businesses. The team raised this round from Coinbase Ventures, Haun, Electric Capital, Robot Ventures, and others.

Their compliance infrastructure currently covers around 150 countries and offers FX (Foreign Exchange) in multiple currencies, as well as USD and EUR virtual accounts.

Native business functions like handling daily expenses and spending limits are also available to compete with existing product solutions.Built on Squads and running on Solana, there is approximately around $10B value supported onchain.

Since the end of last year, the team has collectively processed $200M+ in payments and is looking to onboard more business including merchants, contractors, startups, global trade companies and more.
